8. The competition will follows the rules book as below:

For Group Stage and SEA FINAL

Before the match:

  • Players must be present at the venue before 1 hour to check in.

  • Teams have 40 minutes to check the device and adjust game settings.

  • ID and custom room password will be notified to the captain before 30 minutes before the first match starts.

  • All players must quickly enter the custom room to take attendance and mandatory attendance.

  • The player must ensure that the map has been pre-loaded and fully adjusted before entering the custom room.

  • As soon as the game is about to begin, for personal reasons (to escape the game, to slow down, to jump on the position, not to download the map, ...), if the player has not yet entered the match, the organizer will not bear the the responsibility and still start the match at the scheduled time.

  • As soon as the match has been completed, the captain will receive the ID and pass the next custom room. Teams take a quick break during the specified time and come back to get ready before the next match begins. The match will take place at the scheduled time without waiting for late return.

In the match:

Re-match:

Cases to restart the match:

  • Objective errors (power outages, network failures, etc.) arising during the tournament process make all players unable to continue the match but more than 5 teams are competing or less than 20 minutes from the start early game. The match will be restarted.

  • A team with more than 2 players, or more than 4 players full-time cannot access the game due to a game error or force majeure error. This person must take a screenshot and immediately notify the referee to be resolved. The referee will go to the player's position to determine the error.

  • The decision to restart the match will depend on the judge's decision. If there is a re-match decision, the referee will re-create the custom room and new custom room information to the captains via Discord.

  • In particular, for the Southeast Asian finals of the three countries, when less than 20 minutes from the start of the match:

  • If any country encounters objective errors such as power outages, network failures, etc., those teams cannot continue the match and will be considered to start the match again.

  • When there are at least 3 teams informing the Organizer about the problem of the game system, the team must take a screenshot and immediately inform the referee to quickly resolve and consider the match.

Cases NOT to restart the match:

  • Personal reasons because players are not well prepared during the preparation process, such as escaping on their own, slowing down, forgetting to download the map, changing the position, the captain out and not announcing the room for members when it's time to start the match, ... This is considered a player's mistake from the previous Organizer/Referee. The match must continue despite the lack of people.

  • Each team has time to check the device and correct the game settings for themselves. After confirmation, any errors related to the above issue will not be considered.

  • When only the last five teams have been left with a system error, all five teams cannot continue the match, the match will not be restarted. You see the cam must update constantly every 2 minutes during the match. Then each surviving team will calculate points according to the formula below:

For example: When drop server, there are 3 teams still alive, 2 teams have 4 people and 1 team has 1 person, each team gets points: ((500 + 410 + 345) + (9 * 15)) / 3 = 463 points and kill points

Thus, Team A has 10 kills, so the total score of team A in this match is:

463 + 15 * 10 = 613 points

The remaining teams remain the same results (Rank, number of kill) as before the incident.

Handling fraud

  • Any member of the team that uses 3rd party software affects the matches, the team will be disqualified from the tournament and stripped of the entire prize.

  • Cases of fraud being recorded or with evidence of authenticity will be blocked immediately even in the match.

After the match:

  • Organizer/Referee will receive complaints from the teams about the competition results within 24 hours from the end of the match, any response beyond this time will not be supported for processing. Complaints sent to the Organizer/Referee must contain photos and videos proving.
