1. No employees of NetEase Interactive Entertainment Limited and other companies associated with the promotion of this Competition, and their respective parents, subsidiaries or affiliates will ask for your account information or charge you in any way. The information you submit in the application form will only be used for contact, examination of competition eligibility, competition administration and verification. For the purposes of prize fulfillment and further verification, the competition officials may collect more detailed personal information (including but not limited to ID information) from players who reach the Finals. For more details, please check our privacy policy.

2. Please provide real and accurate information when submitting your application, all your private information will be kept confidential. If the information you enter is not true or incorrect, the competition officials retain the right to nullify your competition results and remove you from the competition.

3. The organizers will ensure the stability of the game as possible as they can during the competition.However, the risk of encountering bugs or crashes still exists.If bugs or crashes happen during the competition, the competition officials will adjust competition rules as follows.
(1)In the Qualifier stage 1, due to the huge number of players, the competition officials will neither compensate nor organize a replay for players who encounter bugs or crashes.
(2)In the Qualifier Stage 2 or the Finals, if a third of the teams or more in a match encounter bugs or crashes, the competition officials will stop the match. Then if the officials verify that the bugs or crashes are caused by the game itself, a replay will be held. However, if less than one-third of teams in a match encounter bugs or crashes, the match will go on.

4. Players must be at least seventeen years old and reach the minimum age of maturity in his or her specific jurisdiction of residence before registration closes, and must be legal residents of the participating countries and regions. Please ensure that all the members of your team meet the aforesaid age requirement and the nationality requirement, or you will be disqualified from participating in this competition and will forfeit your prize money. 5. Players must sign up as a team of 4 and assign a team leader to register for the whole team. Team should choose the competition area according to the nationality of the team leader. To check competition areas and their corresponding nationalities, please refer to Table 1.

6. Before the registration deadline, all players should reach Silver III or above in Ranked Game.

7. Please ensure that all the information entered in the registration form is correct, especially the email address. Providing a valid email address is very important since email is our main communication method. The competition officials may inform you of the competition time and rules through the email you left and you may also need to reply to some emails to confirm your participation.

8. Please note that the confirmation email will be sent to players once the team leader finishes the registration.

9. Players can only join one team to participate in this competition.

10. If players who have successfully registered want to make any changes to their registration (including but not limited to changing the team,change members of the team, change the team name, change the registration email address), they must withdraw previous registration by contacting our official email address: rosseacup_bangkok@service.netease.com. To check the mail template, please click here.The official organizer will inform the result to all players within 24 hours via email and in-game email. Please note that players can only re-register once the previous registration withdrawal has been confirmed. For other information, please also contact:rosseacup_bangkok@service.netease.com.

11. Players who participate in this competition must entrust their team leaders to communicate with the official organizer, and to provide their accurate personal information such as email address and identity information. The official organizer will not be responsible for certain failures, such as team leaders fill in the wrong or inaccurate information that results in their teams failing to participate or receiving the prize.

12. Plug-ins or other supporting software are prohibited in the competition. Players and teams who use plugs-ins will be disqualified from participating in this competition. If you utilize bugs or falsify reports on encountering bugs, you will be disqualified and your competition results will be nullified.

13. 13.Players must obey the competition rules to participate, and cannot conduct such misbehavior as deliberate collusion with other teams.

14. Any cash prize awarded to the players shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, VAT, withholding, surcharges, bank charges and any other expenses of similar nature. Players are solely responsible for all taxes, VAT, and surcharges imposed by any authority with jurisdiction in compliance with applicable law and regulations.

15. The official organizer will be dedicated to allocate the prize after the competition ends. But please note that it might take several months to finalize the prize delivery process due to the fact that this competition involves many players from different countries.

Personal Information We Collect

NetEase operates a multi-dimensional web site. It offers its users an array of services including online games, mobile games, and relevant services. During registration, each service asks the user to provide certain types and amounts of personal information.

NetEase gathers and collects three types of information about our users:

(1) Non-personally identifiable information: When visitors use our services, we collect and aggregate information formed or provided during your use of our service, for example, your gaming duration, device or customs. Legal Matters

This Privacy Policy shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without reference to the principles of conflict of laws thereof. Any dispute, controversy, difference or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination thereof or any dispute regarding non-contractual obligations arising out of or relating to it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The law of this arbitration clause shall be Hong Kong law. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The number of arbitrator shall be one. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
